This is a full-time role based in Charlotte, NC. Candidates should be located within the core territory and available for five days per week of in-person field work.
Role Overview: Referral Partnerships Manager
The Referral Partnerships Manager will drive patient lead generation through community engagement and local partnerships. The focus: expanding patient referrals by building and sustaining strong relationships with healthcare provider partners, such as primary care physicians, pediatricians, and others who refer patients for ABA therapy or autism diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new opportunities: Research and find new provider partner leads in the community.
- Connect and activate: Reach out to leads and convert them into referral partners for Alpaca Health.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships: Visit, email, and engage with current partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and a steady flow of appropriate client referrals.
