What you will do Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including diagnostic interviews and standardized tests such as personality and IQ measures. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care. Provide psychotherapy primarily in skilled nursing and long-term care environments, with options for community-based or outpatient work if preferred. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, nurses, and educators, to ensure coordinated care. Educate clients and families about mental health to promote understanding and resilience. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with regulations. Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional development. Requirements Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology from an APA-accredited program. Active Psychologist license in New York State. 1-2 years of supervised clinical experience; postdoctoral training is a plus. Experience working effectively with culturally and linguistically diverse populations. Compensation Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000
