What You Will Do Sales and Leasing Convert leads into signed leases by phone, online, and in person. Conduct tours that identify prospects’ needs and motivate them to lease. Follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates. Stay informed on pricing, availability, and competitor offerings. Work toward and exceed community leasing and occupancy targets. Implement tactics to increase qualified traffic and revenue. Respond promptly to all inquiries with a sales-focused approach. Resident Experience Provide outstanding customer service that reflects Peak Made’s values. Build rapport and tailor the leasing experience for each prospective resident. Promote resident satisfaction to support renewals and referrals. Community Operations Support Accurately process lease paperwork and collect deposits. Maintain up-to-date and accurate CRM and prospect records. Help keep the office and model units ready for tours and visitors. Assist with the annual turnover process as needed. Maintain thorough knowledge of the property and local market. Support market surveys and various administrative tasks. Assist with move-in and move-out events, including handling deposits and fees.
