Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field. At least 1.5 years of experience in a recruitment agency or IT company in a research capacity. Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English. Experience with workflow automation and process optimization. Strong attention to detail and efficiency in candidate sourcing. Proficient in using various sourcing and recruitment tools. Experience in international recruitment is a plus.

Join our dynamic team at Miratech as a Recruitment Researcher! We are seeking a dedicated and driven individual who is eager to advance their career in recruiting. This newly established position arises from our ongoing team expansion, driven by our rapid growth and increasing hiring demands.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively sourcing qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, professional communities, forums, internal databases, social networks, and job boards.
  • Screening CVs, selecting candidates, and managing updates in SmartRecruiters throughout the hiring process.
  • Initiating contact with potential candidates, including those who may not be currently seeking new opportunities.
  • Conducting market analyses and data research, and preparing relevant reports and presentations.
  • Maintaining and enhancing our internal databases and related reporting.
  • Collaborating on job descriptions and ensuring quality checks align with corporate standards and templates.
  • Performing other related tasks as assigned to support the recruitment process.
