- Fostering strong relationships with the Recruitment Relationship Manager and other stakeholders.
- Analyzing position requirements based on client specifications.
- Employing diverse recruiting methods to target passive candidates.
- Sourcing potential candidates through job portals, internal databases, and professional networks.
- Utilizing the internal database to pinpoint suitable candidates and posting job openings to widen the candidate pool.
- Communicating with potential candidates in the US regarding available job opportunities.
- Delivering exceptional candidate care and ensuring thorough pre-screening.
- Selecting and qualifying candidates based on skills, cultural fit, and motivational alignment using behavioral-based approaches.
- Maintaining accurate and timely records of all candidate interactions.
- Proactively building talent pipelines and creating pre-qualified candidate pools in alignment with client needs.
