As a Recruiter at Allegis Global Solutions, your primary focus will be to implement innovative sourcing strategies aimed at attracting passive candidates. Your goal is to efficiently fill roles with high-quality talent while managing costs and timelines. You will collaborate closely with our Recruitment Relationship Manager and various stakeholders to craft and enhance sourcing strategies. Drawing from your expertise, you will recommend improvements to optimize our recruitment approach and lead best-practice sourcing initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and engaging talent that aligns with specific client requirements.
- Fostering strong relationships with the Recruitment Relationship Manager and stakeholders.
- Analyzing position requirements based on client specifications.
- Employing various recruiting strategies to target direct-sourced (passive) candidates.
- Utilizing job portals, internal databases, and professional networks to source candidates.
- Leveraging internal databases to identify potential candidates and posting jobs to broaden the candidate pool.
- Conducting outreach to potential candidates in the US to discuss job openings.
- Delivering exceptional candidate care and ensuring effective pre-screening processes.
- Selecting and qualifying candidates based on skills, cultural fit, and motivation using a behavioral-based approach.
- Maintaining accurate and timely records of all candidate interactions.
- Proactively building a pipeline of talent and creating pre-qualified candidate pools aligned with client needs.
