To be considered for this role, you should meet the following qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (recent graduates must provide original mark sheets for all semesters and have no active backlogs).0-1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in sectors such as Health Care, E-Commerce, Insurance, Banking, or IT.0-1 year of experience in customer support, sales, or recruitment. Minimum of 60% in 10th, 12th (PUC), and UG marks percentage. A strong capacity for learning and adapting to new skills and requirements. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. A sense of urgency in recruiting processes. Willingness to work outside of standard office hours as necessary. A strong work ethic and commitment to the role. A proven ability to perform well under pressure in a target-driven environment.

About the job

As a Recruiter at Allegis Global Solutions, your primary focus will be to implement innovative sourcing strategies aimed at attracting high-quality, passive candidates. You will collaborate closely with the Recruitment Relationship Manager and key stakeholders to devise effective sourcing plans. Leveraging your experience, you will enhance our recruitment strategies, ensuring they are both effective and efficient.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and engaging talent that aligns with specific client needs.
  • Fostering strong relationships with the Recruitment Relationship Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Analyzing and understanding the specific requirements of open positions as dictated by clients.
  • Employing diverse recruiting strategies to target passive candidates directly.
  • Sourcing candidates through job portals, internal databases, and professional networks.
  • Utilizing our internal database to locate potential candidates and posting job ads to widen the candidate pool.
  • Communicating with potential candidates in the US to discuss job openings.
  • Delivering exceptional candidate care and ensuring thorough pre-screening processes.
  • Selecting and qualifying candidates based on skills, cultural fit, and motivation using behavioral-based methods.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely records of all candidate interactions.
  • Proactively building talent pipelines and creating pre-qualified candidate pools in alignment with client needs.
