The primary responsibility of a Recruiter at Allegis Global Solutions is to implement effective sourcing strategies targeting passive candidates, ensuring the timely and cost-effective fulfillment of job openings. You will collaborate closely with the Recruitment Relationship Manager and various stakeholders to devise and refine sourcing strategies that align with client needs. Leveraging your recruitment expertise, you will recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency of our recruitment practices and drive best-practice sourcing methodologies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and attracting talent that meets specific client requirements.
- Building strong partnerships with the Recruitment Relationship Manager and stakeholders.
- Understanding and analyzing job requirements as per client specifications.
- Employing a range of recruiting strategies to focus on passive candidates.
- Sourcing profiles through job portals, internal databases, and professional networks.
- Utilizing the internal database to identify potential candidates and posting job openings on portals to expand the candidate pool.
- Engaging potential candidates in the US to discuss job opportunities.
- Delivering exceptional candidate care and ensuring effective pre-screening processes.
- Selecting and qualifying candidates based on skills, cultural fit, and motivation using behavioral-based approaches.
- Maintaining accurate and timely records of all candidate interactions.
- Proactively creating talent pipelines and developing pre-qualified talent pools in alignment with client needs.
