As a Recruiter at Allegis Global Solutions, your primary objective will be to implement effective sourcing strategies that focus on engaging passive candidates. Your role is crucial in ensuring the timely, cost-efficient, and quality-driven fulfillment of various recruitment needs. You will collaborate closely with the Recruitment Relationship Manager and key stakeholders to devise and refine sourcing strategies, enhancing the overall effectiveness of our recruitment process.

- Identifying and attracting talent that aligns with specific client requirements.
- Building strong, collaborative relationships with the Recruitment Relationship Manager and stakeholders.
- Understanding and analyzing job specifications based on client needs.
- Utilizing diverse recruiting strategies to connect with passive candidates.
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, internal databases, and professional networks.
- Leveraging the internal database to identify potential candidates and posting job openings to broaden the candidate pool.
- Engaging with potential candidates in the US to discuss job opportunities.
- Providing excellent candidate care and ensuring effective pre-screening of candidates.
- Selecting and qualifying candidates based on skill, cultural fit, and motivation using a behavioral-based approach.
- Maintaining accurate and timely records of all candidate interactions.
- Proactively building a talent pipeline and creating pre-qualified candidate talent pools in alignment with client needs.
