- Utilizing the internal database to find potential candidates and posting jobs to broaden the candidate pool.
- Engaging with potential candidates in the US to discuss exciting job opportunities.
- Delivering exceptional candidate care and ensuring thorough pre-screening before advancing candidates.
- Selecting and qualifying candidates based on their skills, cultural fit, and motivation using behavioral-based approaches.
- Maintaining accurate and timely records of all candidate interactions.
- Proactively creating talent pipelines and pre-qualified candidate pools in alignment with client needs.
