Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or IT-related fields. (Recent graduates must possess original mark sheets for all semesters and have no active backlogs)0 to 1 year of experience in IT Recruitment is preferred. An average percentage of more than 60% in 10th, 12th (PUC), and undergraduate studies. Strong ability to learn and adapt to evolving skills and requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to recruit with a sense of urgency and commitment. Willingness to work outside typical office hours as needed. Strong work ethic and dedication to achieving targets. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, results-oriented environment.

As a Recruiter at Allegis Global Solutions, your primary responsibility will be to implement and execute innovative sourcing strategies aimed at attracting high-caliber passive candidates. Collaborating closely with the Recruitment Relationship Manager and various stakeholders, you will develop tailored sourcing strategies to effectively fill roles in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Leveraging your expertise, you will enhance recruitment processes to ensure optimal effectiveness and drive best-practice sourcing methodologies.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and engaging top talent that aligns with specific client needs.
  • Building strong partnerships with the Recruitment Relationship Manager and stakeholders.
  • Analyzing job requirements based on client specifications to understand the nuances of each position.
  • Employing diverse recruiting strategies to target passive candidates effectively.
  • Sourcing profiles through job portals, internal databases, and professional networks.
  • Utilizing the internal database to find potential candidates and posting jobs to broaden the candidate pool.
  • Engaging with potential candidates in the US to discuss exciting job opportunities.
  • Delivering exceptional candidate care and ensuring thorough pre-screening before advancing candidates.
  • Selecting and qualifying candidates based on their skills, cultural fit, and motivation using behavioral-based approaches.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely records of all candidate interactions.
  • Proactively creating talent pipelines and pre-qualified candidate pools in alignment with client needs.
