- Sourcing candidate profiles through job portals, internal databases, and professional networks.
- Utilizing internal databases to identify potential candidates and increase visibility through job postings.
- Engaging with prospective candidates in the US to discuss job opportunities.
- Delivering exceptional candidate care and pre-screening candidates effectively.
- Evaluating candidates based on skills, cultural fit, and motivational alignment using a behavioral-based approach.
- Maintaining accurate records of all candidate interactions in a timely manner.
- Proactively building talent pipelines and creating pre-qualified candidate pools tailored to client needs.
