Job Purpose:
- Achieve and surpass monthly and annual sales targets.
- Drive market penetration by focusing on acquiring new clients while nurturing existing relationships.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis post-field visits to provide clients with tailored information.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all policies, products, and processes to ensure an exceptional client onboarding experience.
- Engage proactively in Learning and Development programs to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Strictly adhere to KYC, Compliance policies, and other relevant processes.
General Accountability:
Financial:
Meet or exceed established sales and revenue objectives for all products as per business plans.
- Fulfill monthly and annual KPI targets.
- Focus on New to Bank acquisitions while maximizing existing client relationships.
- Capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to enhance revenue from each customer.
- Maintain daily sales reports for review by team leaders and management.
Customer Focus:
Demonstrate commercial effectiveness while maintaining a strong customer focus and delivering exceptional service.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of all products, policies, and processes to ensure a superior client onboarding experience.
- Prevent mis-selling by transparently offering products and services that meet customer needs.
- Effectively understand and address customer complaints to ensure timely resolutions.
Learning & Growth:
Participate actively in assigned development programs and take responsibility for personal growth through collaboration with Team Leaders.
- Engage in mandatory training and development programs.
- Stay informed about competitors' offerings and provide suggestions for product/process improvements to management.
Internal Processes:
Implement prescribed Sales and Compliance processes in accordance with the Bank's policies.Establish governance and controls to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Adhere to the Risk Control Assessment process across all areas of Business Banking including Selling, Client Onboarding, Fraud Control, and KYC Documentation.
- Comply with all internal processes to ensure satisfactory audit ratings.
