In this role, you will acquire critical skills essential for a career in venture capital while connecting with some of the most dynamic and entrepreneurial founders in your sector, helping to shape the future. As a CVX Venture Scout, your primary responsibility will be to identify exciting startups, engage with them, and conduct thorough research on their teams, markets, and competition. Based on your findings, you will prepare a 1-2 page proposal memo summarizing your investment thesis and may be required to present it to the CVX Investment Team, either in person or online. What We Expect from You Our Venture Scout Programme serves a dual purpose: to uncover exceptional investment opportunities and to deepen our understanding of your vision. If you aim to join the CVX Investment Team, this role is an excellent introduction to the VC ecosystem, allowing you to demonstrate your analytical skills and investment insights. As we expand our Investment Team, the Venture Scout Programme will be our primary source for recruitment.
