About the Role
We invite applications from candidates who excel in collaborating with technical teams while ensuring internal alignment during significant events such as major product launches and other external occurrences that may affect our users and offerings. The Program Manager will work closely with various functional teams, focusing particularly on product and trust & safety initiatives.
This position is based in San Francisco, CA, and follows a hybrid work model with three days in the office each week. We also provide relocation assistance for new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage special projects across the Strategy team and company-wide initiatives, requiring robust planning, cross-functional coordination, and familiarity with product teams, with an emphasis on safety and product support.
- Effectively absorb and synthesize information from diverse sources to inform decision-making and deliver clear updates, recommendations, and trade-offs tailored for both product-focused and executive audiences.
- Facilitate processes across multiple teams to guarantee a cohesive and efficient response during critical situations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective prioritization and rapid response to urgent issues.
- Contribute to the development of our rapid response toolkit through hands-on investment and testing of new tools to enhance team operations and key playbook development.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize emerging risks and escalations, support sensitive investigations, product mitigations, and red-teaming efforts.
- Be available to support team on-call duties during weekends as assigned.
You May Excel in This Role If You Have:
- 6–10 years of demonstrated experience working with Product or technical teams, Program Management, Crisis Management, Escalations Management, Consulting, or a related role.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to navigate complex situations with ease.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
