Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably in Radiation Therapy, Medical Dosimetry, Medical Physics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.3-5 years of clinical experience in Radiation Therapy is preferred. Experience in technical training or education within a professional or academic setting, 2-3 years preferred. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High proficiency with technology and software. Professional demeanor with the confidence to interact with individuals at various levels. Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment. Commitment to quality and maintaining corporate confidentiality.

About the job

As a Radiotherapy On-Site Application Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in training and supporting our core products in Image-Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT) and Surface Guided Radiation Therapy (SGRT). Your primary engagement will be with Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physicists, Radiation Therapists, Dosimetrists, and Administrators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate on-site and classroom-based training sessions for our radiotherapy products, particularly ExacTrac Dynamic and ExacTrac Surface.
  • Provide direct support to radiation therapists, physicians, and medical physicists during patient treatment procedures.
  • Deliver On-Site Applications Training (OAT) Courses with a focus on quality and professionalism.
  • Assess customer training needs and propose tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Brainlab products and clinical workflows to ensure the highest training standards.
  • Enhance the Brainlab Education business and contribute to customer satisfaction through exceptional training delivery.
  • Act as a resource for product knowledge and support the curriculum design of training materials in collaboration with the Instructional Design team.
  • Foster effective communication with all stakeholders, ensuring a courteous and professional approach.
  • Continuously improve training procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Exhibit professional conduct and set an example within the company.
  • The base salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually.
