Qualifications
Proven hands-on experience with Oracle EBS 12.2 R2R modules (GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Subledger Accounting). Deep understanding of core R2R finance processes and accounting principles. Experience in business analysis activities: requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, and functional design. Proficiency in system testing, including test scenario creation and defect management. Able to thrive in a global, multi-time-zone environment with excellent communication skills in English. Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a complex enterprise setting. Preferred QualificationsExperience with Oracle Fusion Cloud R2R modules (GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Subledger Accounting). Background in finance, accounting, or financial systems support. Knowledge of treasury processes, bank interfaces, reconciliation tools, or asset management. Exposure to large-scale ERP transformations or multi-system environments.

As we transition to a unified Oracle Fusion Cloud platform, our existing Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2 remains critical for daily finance operations across numerous countries.
Your main responsibilities will include supporting, maintaining, and optimizing R2R processes within Oracle EBS 12.2. You will engage with key modules such as GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Subledger Accounting to guarantee accurate data, reliable processes, and continuous improvements. Prior hands-on experience with EBS 12.2 and a solid understanding of financial workflows are essential.
In this role, you will collaborate with finance stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, resolve issues, and provide exceptional functional support. Operating in a global, project-driven environment, you must possess strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and the capability to work collaboratively across functions and regions.
