About the Role:
As an R&D Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation at webAI. You will swiftly transform groundbreaking research and conceptual ideas into effective prototypes. This position is perfect for a highly skilled and imaginative engineer who excels in dynamic environments and thrives amid uncertainty. Collaborating closely with research scientists, engineers, and product stakeholders, you will bring theoretical advancements in AI to fruition through proof-of-concept projects and feasibility assessments. Your contributions will significantly shape future product strategies and technical directions across our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Quickly design, construct, and evaluate software and AI prototypes for novel technologies and product concepts.
Convert theoretical AI and ML research into tangible, testable applications.
Develop proof-of-concept demonstrations to validate feasibility and convey value to internal stakeholders.
Perform feasibility studies, benchmarking, and performance assessments of new methodologies.
Engage in cross-functional collaboration with research, engineering, and product teams to align prototypes with strategic objectives.
Iterate and enhance prototypes based on feedback, testing insights, and evolving technical specifications.
Document design processes, experimental outcomes, and technical findings for internal knowledge sharing.
