Your Responsibilities
In the role of Quantitative Analyst Intern, you will engage in significant projects that bolster active trading strategies. Under the mentorship of seasoned researchers and portfolio managers, you will:
Drive research projects to enhance existing trading strategies
Automate elements of the trading system using Python
Create and validate predictive signals leveraging actual market data
Examine extensive and complex datasets to uncover investment opportunities
Deploy models and concepts in production-ready code
Work collaboratively with fellow researchers and the portfolio manager, taking ownership of your projects
Your Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in mathematics, physics, statistics, engineering, or a related quantitative field
Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
Demonstrated inquisitiveness and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in converting concepts into functional code
Experience with Python programming
Strong foundation in statistics and mathematical modeling
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
