As a dedicated engineer, you will work directly on live trading strategy code, directly influencing trading outcomes.

Your Contributions:

  • Conduct in-depth analyses of existing strategies and infrastructure

  • Refactor and optimize our live trading systems for enhanced performance

  • Translate complex quantitative models into robust, production-grade C++ code

  • Minimize tick-to-trade latency across essential components

  • Design and implement innovative strategies with a performance-driven approach

  • Enhance the efficiency of research-to-production handoff pipelines

Your expertise will have a direct and significant impact on trading performance.

Required Skills:

  • Strong foundation in quantitative disciplines (mathematics, statistics, algorithms)

  • Experience in trading or financial markets (experience in high-frequency trading is preferred)

  • 3–5+ years of experience with modern C++ (C++17/20) in high-performance systems

  • Proficient understanding of multithreading and concurrency in programming

  • Experience designing low-latency architectures

  • Strong engineering discipline with a production-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with networking protocols and exchange connectivity

  • Experience with distributed systems

  • Exposure to cloud environments for research and backtesting purposes

  • Scripting skills for tooling and diagnostics

  • Experience in developing monitoring or visualization tools
