The perfect candidate will meet the following qualifications and attributes:A tertiary qualification in Science, Pharmacy, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience. A minimum of 2 years in a quality assurance or quality control role; experience in warehouse and cleanroom settings within the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Food sectors is highly desirable. Knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) quality management systems. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Adept at fostering collaborative relationships with cross-functional team members. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail. A commitment to excellence in administrative and documentation practices. A proactive mindset, enthusiastic about contributing to our mission of enhancing patient care.

As we continue to grow our operations in the Southeast Asia region, we are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Control / Quality Assurance Associate to become a vital member of our team in Singapore. In this significant position, you will play a key role in maintaining our high-quality management standards.

Your core responsibilities will encompass:

  • Managing documentation processes for our Quality Management System (QMS) and electronic QMS (eQMS).
  • Ensuring compliance with established quality standards during product releases.
  • Conducting approvals and validations for vendors and customers.
  • Offering support in secondary packaging processes.
  • Assisting with validation activities to uphold operational effectiveness.
  • Working closely with warehouse and cleanroom facilities to ensure compliance with quality parameters.
