Role Overview The Warehouse Associate (1st Shift) in Louisville, Kentucky plays a key part in receiving, storing, retrieving, and packaging inventory. This role focuses on accuracy and efficiency throughout all warehouse operations. Main Responsibilities Store products accurately using warehouse equipment, aiming for a 99.95% accuracy rate. Pick products from shelves to fill customer orders, maintaining a 99.95% accuracy rate. Receive incoming shipments, verify contents with shipping paperwork, and log inventory into the system. Package items for shipment, ensuring 99.95% accuracy, including international orders. Help train new team members on inbound and outbound warehouse processes.
