Key Responsibilities:Provide on-the-floor QA oversight to ensure compliance with quality standards. Perform real-time record and documentation reviews. Collaborate with manufacturing and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues. Maintain effective communication with Quality Control and other quality functions. Shift Details:• Night Shift Hours: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM or 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM• Work Week Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday + every other Wednesday.

As a key player in our Quality Assurance team, the Quality Assurance Technician will be instrumental in supporting the production of our life-saving therapies by ensuring compliance with stringent quality standards and cGMP regulations. This role involves direct oversight on the production floor, conducting real-time documentation reviews, and collaborating closely with manufacturing and technical teams to swiftly identify and resolve any issues. You will work alongside Manufacturing, Quality Control (QC), and other Quality functions to maintain seamless operations within a highly regulated environment.
