The Opportunity
As the QA Engineering Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of Deepgram's rapid release cycles, ensuring that quality, compliance, and customer trust are never compromised. You will serve as the quality owner across various product lines, instilling a testing-oriented mindset within our engineering culture and scaling it alongside our growth.
What You'll Do
- Own QA Strategy & Execution: Design and implement a comprehensive test strategy across products, incorporating both manual and automated testing with regular validation cycles.
- Build & Lead Team: Oversee, mentor, and expand a skilled QA team of engineers and specialists.
- Cross-Engineering Alignment: Collaborate with product and engineering managers to integrate testing practices into every facet of development.
