The ideal candidate will possess a passion for technology and health services, with a willingness to engage in hands-on testing and quality assurance practices. Experience in software testing or a related field is beneficial but not required.

About the job

Pharmacy2U is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join its technology team in London. This permanent, full-time role follows a hybrid work model, with team members attending the central London office twice a month.

Role overview

  • Work as part of an Agile technology team delivering digital healthcare services for patients across the UK.
  • Test new features to ensure they meet safety, reliability, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with QA Analysts, developers, and product teams.
  • Carry out manual and exploratory testing, with opportunities to develop automation skills over time.
  • Participate in an on-call rota as required. On-call periods are scheduled fairly and come with extra pay.

  • Receive training and mentorship from experienced colleagues.
  • Develop skills in manual, exploratory, and automation testing.

Working hours and flexibility

  • Core hours are 09:30 to 16:00, with flexibility to arrange your schedule around these times.
  • Hybrid work setup: attend the London office twice a month.
