Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.2-5 years of experience in quality assurance, ideally within the US mortgage industry. Comprehensive understanding of US mortgage processes, including eviction, sale, and closing protocols. Exceptional analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and reporting tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills for conducting both voice and non-voice audits. Proven ability to identify process enhancements and implement effective solutions. Meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to upholding high-quality standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis. Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and best practices. Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Join our dynamic team at Altisource as a Quality Assurance Analyst in Bengaluru, India. We are looking for a meticulous and analytical professional dedicated to maintaining exceptional quality standards in our US mortgage-related processes and services. The successful candidate will exhibit strong analytical abilities and a commitment to driving continuous operational improvements.

  • Conduct thorough quality assurance evaluations for both voice and non-voice processes associated with US mortgage eviction, sale, and closing activities.
  • Analyze review findings and compile detailed reports that identify trends and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations aimed at minimizing process variation and rectifying errors.
  • Monitor and follow up on business unit responses to issues identified during process evaluations.
  • Collaborate with management to create and execute project plans that address opportunities identified through quality assurance efforts.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior management and facilitate their resolution.
  • Deliver timely and accurate reporting to management that documents insights from reviews.
  • Assist in enhancing the evaluation processes within the Quality Assurance department.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory standards pertinent to the US mortgage sector.
