Role Overview
The Quality Assurance Analyst will help ensure the reliability, quality, and usability of Air Apps’ mobile and web products. This position is fully onsite at the Lisbon office and involves close collaboration with product managers, developers, and designers. Air Apps offers relocation support for those moving to Lisbon. The team values structured testing, thorough documentation, and a collaborative approach to improving product quality.
What You Will Do
- Run smoke and regression tests to verify new releases and updates.
- Carry out manual test cases for both web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and report bugs clearly and accurately.
- Work with developers and product teams to assist in bug triage.
- Use test management tools such as TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray to organize and track test cases.
- Log issues and monitor progress using project management tools like Jira or Asana.
- Test functionality across a range of browsers and mobile devices.
- Apply basic browser developer tools for inspecting elements, monitoring requests, and troubleshooting.
- Help improve QA processes and maintain clear documentation standards.
Location
This is a fully onsite role based in Lisbon. Relocation assistance is available.
