Role Overview Docplanner is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join the team remotely from Poland or Spain. This role focuses on managing and optimizing Salesforce systems to support business operations and growth. Main Responsibilities Configure and maintain Salesforce, including custom objects, fields, layouts, record types, search features, reports, and dashboards. Administer security settings such as user accounts, sharing rules, roles, profiles, permissions, field-level security, groups, and validations. Handle bulk data imports, updates, and exports. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure data integrity and security. Design and implement declarative automation (Flows, approvals, email automation) with scalability and best practices in mind. Respond to operational and change requests, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with users and business stakeholders. Manage complex support cases, perform root cause analysis, and improve system reliability and user experience. Train business owners on new Salesforce features and support rollout activities. Create and update documentation for processes, policies, and Salesforce configurations. Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, coordinating with admins, developers, and testers through all phases from design to post-release support. Mentor team members and encourage best practices in design and implementation. Contribute ideas for solution design, applying Salesforce standards and best practices. Refine existing system builds to reduce technical debt and improve efficiency. Oversee deployments using CI/CD tools and GitHub. Location This is a remote position open to candidates based in Poland or Spain. The main office is in Warsaw.
