We are currently seeking a Public Sector Program Manager / Customer Success Manager based in or near Ft. Bragg, North Carolina, to oversee technical delivery, customer success, and relationship management with our public sector clients. This role intricately combines program management, technical proficiency, and customer advocacy to ensure the seamless deployment of Unstructured solutions for government entities.
As this position requires substantial on-site engagement with Special Operations stakeholders, the ideal candidate should have an established rapport with USSOCOM or SOCOM components, either through prior military service or relevant business interactions.
In this role, you will manage public sector customer onboarding, oversee technical integrations, liaise with internal teams, and promote ongoing success and adoption of our solutions. Utilizing your program management expertise and public sector knowledge, you will ensure compliance, execution excellence, and measurable impacts on mission success for our clients.
