Nexthink is on the lookout for a dynamic and results-oriented Public Sector Account Executive (PS AE) to enhance our sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping and implementing a targeted strategy aimed at both our existing Public Sector clientele and prospective clients. This is primarily a new business acquisition role designed for growth.
This key position focuses on establishing a thriving Public Sector vertical business over the next three years.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and executing a comprehensive territory strategy for the Spanish Public Sector to achieve short-, medium-, and long-term revenue objectives.
- Utilizing your in-depth industry knowledge regarding Health, Central Government, and Higher Education IT trends to foster a sector strategy that promotes enhanced Digital Employee Experience (DEX) adoption.
- Managing significant Public Sector accounts across central government, local government, and the health sector, working closely with C-Level executives to drive new business opportunities and deliver impactful DEX results.
- Identifying and addressing the unique challenges your prospective clients encounter in their digital transformation journeys within the Spanish Public Sector.
- Possessing a thorough understanding of Spanish Public Sector procurement policies and frameworks.
- Collaborating with Nexthink's go-to-market teams, including Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Technology Partners, and Alliance teams, to drive shared success.
- Leveraging your established relationships within the Spanish Public Sector to position Nexthink as the premier choice for DEX solutions.
- Aiming to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for your designated territory while actively prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing the sales pipeline.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with multiple MSP Program Directors within government agencies.
- Adopting a consultative sales approach to understand client challenges and future strategies to effectively promote the Nexthink solution.
- Managing the sales process and ensuring successful opportunity closure.
- Providing ongoing account management to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Consistently exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual booking goals.
- Collaborating closely with the Professional Services team to enhance customer satisfaction.
