About the Team:
Our engine manufacturing department is dedicated to creating high-performance products and manufacturing systems by consistently innovating in cost, quality, and lead time. Through collaboration across functions, a commitment to accountability, and a focus on safety, we support the Terran R program. We provide essential design feedback on new hardware iterations, develop novel manufacturing methods and systems, and ultimately produce engine and vehicle hardware for testing ahead of our inaugural launch. Highlights from our team in the past six months include the manufacturing and development of the first Aeon-R engine, completing thousands of hours of PBF printing, building and testing over 50 valves across 26 different iterations, and implementing significant process improvements along the way.
