About the Team: 

The Engine Manufacturing Department is dedicated to producing high-performance products and manufacturing systems through continuous innovation focused on cost efficiency, quality, and lead time. Our team collaborates cross-functionally, maintaining high accountability and a steadfast commitment to safety as we support the Terran R program. We provide critical design feedback on new hardware iterations, develop innovative manufacturing methods, and ultimately construct engine and vehicle hardware for testing in preparation for our inaugural launch. Recent highlights include the successful manufacturing and testing of the first Aeon-R engine, completing thousands of hours of powder bed fusion printing, and implementing large-scale process improvements while building and testing over 50 valves across 26 variations.
