About the Team:
Our Propulsion team is dedicated to the design and production of high-performance, manufacturable engines for the Terran R. Engineers within this team oversee the entire lifecycle of their components, from initial design through production to qualification and flight. We cultivate a culture of grassroots decision-making, devoid of technical gatekeeping, where accountability and ownership are paramount. Designing engines capable of producing over 250,000 pounds of thrust is just the beginning. As we move towards flight configuration qualification, the team is actively exploring modifications for future engines, including thrust enhancements, new operational cycles, and designs optimized for mass production.
