Requirements Post-secondary education in a relevant field. At least 5 years of progressive experience in strategic procurement, contract management, or category management. Experience managing RFPs and RFQs, including bid evaluation. Proficiency with JDE or similar ERP systems. Strong skills in strategic sourcing and negotiation. Preferred skills Supply Chain Management (SCM) certification. Experience in an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) environment. Knowledge of the Powerline and Electrical Construction sectors.
