Overview:
As a Property Field Adjuster at EAC Claims Solutions, you will take charge of managing insurance claims from their inception through to resolution, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing and planning daily tasks to efficiently process claims and conduct property inspections.
- Investigating claims by interviewing claimants and witnesses, ensuring thorough fact-finding.
- Managing property claims related to damages to buildings, structures, and contents.
- Performing detailed assessments of property damage and verifying coverage.
- Evaluating damages for appropriate settlement recommendations.
- Negotiating settlements with involved parties.
- Utilizing specialized software systems for uploading completed reports, photographs, and necessary documentation.
Requirements:
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and navigating tight spaces.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in software programs including Microsoft Office and claims management systems.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in insurance claims or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
