Join the Reed Construction team as a Project Superintendent specializing in interiors! In this pivotal role, you will oversee all daily site operations, ensuring seamless scheduling, coordination, and delegation of subcontractor tasks, while maintaining quality control and ensuring safety on site.
Responsibilities:
• Exhibit strong leadership by fostering effective relationships with project staff, thereby enhancing on-site morale.
• Serve as the main point of contact for project management, subcontractors, building owners, managers, engineers, architects, and all stakeholders.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of project specifications and requirements.
• Prioritize the safety and security of each job site.
• Organize and supervise all on-site work performed by subcontractors and manage the coordination of trade work.
• Acquire any necessary permits or licenses for project execution.
• Utilize project management software to provide real-time updates and data.
• Participate in scheduled meetings with project management, clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
