Role Overview:

As a Project Scheduler specializing in Primavera P6, you will be integral to the planning and execution of large-scale construction projects that are vital to Crusoe's mission. This role demands precision in scheduling and forecasting project timelines for our data center initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and oversee detailed construction project schedules using Primavera P6 for our hyperscale data center projects.

  • Work collaboratively with construction, engineering, and operations teams to maintain project milestones and ensure strategic alignment.

  • Conduct schedule risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Regularly visit construction sites to monitor progress and evaluate contractor performance against established schedules.

  • Facilitate critical path reviews with stakeholders across various functions.

  • Produce schedule reports and support the project controls team with analytic forecasts.

  • Ensure scope alignment with trades and internal teams to maintain schedule accuracy.

  • Offer recovery plans and corrective action recommendations for identified delays or risks.

  • Track deliverables, lead schedule review meetings, and analyze potential scenarios.

  • Assist in meeting reporting obligations for leadership, clients, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of direct experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project in large-scale construction environments.

  • Experience in data centers, high-tech infrastructure, or mission-critical facilities is highly desirable.

  • Strong understanding of float management, critical path methodologies, and scheduling best practices.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
