What You Will Do:Develop and manage detailed project schedules, outlining tasks, dependencies, durations, assigned resources, and key milestones. Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and other stakeholders to gather comprehensive information and ensure the schedule accurately reflects the full scope of project activities. Continuously track project progress, updating schedules regularly, and ensuring that any changes are effectively communicated to relevant stakeholders. Conduct critical path analyses to identify essential tasks, potential delays, and impacts on the schedule. Proactively recognize and mitigate scheduling risks to uphold project timelines and budget integrity. Advise project teams of potential risks, delays, or conflicts, and suggest effective mitigation strategies as needed.

We are looking for a Project Scheduler to join our dynamic team. This role offers flexibility as it can be based in the following cities:

Position Summary:

As a Project Scheduler at DLR Group, you will play an essential role in ensuring successful project delivery by providing critical support in planning and coordination. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining comprehensive, resource-loaded Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules and workflow management tools that keep our intricate projects on schedule. Collaborating closely with project managers and cross-functional teams, you will help guarantee that milestones are met on time and within budget while fostering clear and consistent communication among all stakeholders. You will monitor project progression, anticipate potential challenges, and proactively identify scheduling risks along with mitigation strategies to keep the work on track. Aligning timelines with project goals and resource availability is key to your role, ensuring the overall success of projects from inception through completion.
