Client Relations: Foster strong relationships and maintain open lines of communication with clients regarding their use of DISCO, project updates, and product functionalities, acting as a DISCO ambassador during client interactions. Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions for attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support professionals on the DISCO platform. Who You Are Minimum of 1 year of project management experience in eDiscovery at a law firm, in-house legal department, or service provider. At least 1 year of practical experience with industry-standard eDiscovery platforms such as DISCO, Relativity, Recommind, or Concordance. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving aptitude. Dedicated to providing excellent service and support. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
