Exceptional negotiation, writing, and execution skills for subcontract agreements. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Technological proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Procore. Experience with CMAR and/or Design/Build delivery methods. A commitment to teamwork and exceptional client service. A valid Driver’s License is required.
