We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Aarna HR Solutions. This role is pivotal in overseeing design teams, ensuring project safety, and maintaining schedules to deliver exceptional results.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a design team with a collaborative approach that values relationships and delivers high-quality results.
- Ensure compliance with site safety standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Independently develop and complete projects with minimal supervision.
- Regularly monitor and update the project schedule.
- Utilize advanced knowledge of FF&E, architectural/interior finishes, lighting, and materials to execute design intent effectively.
- Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while ensuring high-quality service to clients, along with managing independent testing and inspections.
- Prepare and maintain “as built” drawings and issue final closeouts to consultants or owners.
- Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills are essential.
- Interact effectively with senior management, clients, and vendors.
