Role Overview: Project Manager – Marketplace Trust (9 Month Fixed Term Contract)

This fixed-term position is based in London and sits within the Marketplace Trust function. The Project Manager will lead projects that strengthen trust and integrity on the Motorway platform. The role involves close collaboration with data, legal, and product teams to identify risks, implement solutions, and uphold user confidence. This is a chance to join Motorway during a significant growth phase and make a direct impact on platform reliability.

What You Will Do

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of Marketplace Trust projects, including defining scope, setting timelines, establishing success metrics, and allocating resources.
  • Quickly build a strong understanding of the main threats to user trust and turn those insights into clear, actionable project plans.
  • Work with the data team to analyze trust-related trends, supporting decision-making at the senior leadership level.
  • Report project progress, risks, and dependencies directly to senior leaders, providing high visibility for your work.
  • Partner with the Head of Legal & Risk to highlight team achievements and broaden the influence of Marketplace Trust across Motorway.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure trust is reflected in daily operations, decisions, and accountability processes.
  • Support the creation and rollout of internal training programs focused on marketplace trust topics.

Location

London (onsite or hybrid arrangements may apply as per company policy).
