The Project Manager will be an integral part of our divisional services team, tasked with leading the successful implementation of business, operating model, and technology transformation projects within our enterprise framework. This role is crucial as it oversees the management of numerous documents and communications generated on behalf of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the successful execution of projects from initiation through to achieving defined business outcomes, while adhering to the company's quality standards and established timelines, scope, and budget.
- Actively participate in the community of practice, contributing to ongoing professional development.
- Develop and nurture stakeholder relationships across the organization, managing expectations, defining and agreeing on project scope, and facilitating essential decision-making processes.
- Identify and resolve dependencies, issues, and risks throughout the project delivery phase.
- Guarantee project delivery complies with the company's Project Management Policies, Standards, Methods, and Governance Framework.
- Execute the project plan, deliverables, and milestones to meet business objectives, while sourcing necessary resources to meet time and cost targets.
