As a Project Manager at Advanced Disaster Recovery, you'll oversee both residential and commercial restoration projects, including fire and water damage restoration, mold remediation, lead paint removal, asbestos management, and reconstruction. Your expertise will help us restore properties and lives after disasters.

Summary/Objective:

The Project Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional construction services while building strong client relationships. You will strive to exceed customer expectations, foster referral relationships, and enhance our company’s reputation.

Essential Functions:
  1. Manage project budgets and costs effectively.
  2. Oversee subcontractor relationships and service delivery.
  3. Recruit and manage subcontractors.
  4. Supervise in-house trade staff.
  5. Ensure quality control and safety on worksites.
  6. Manage production schedules and timelines.
  7. Drive operational sales and brand development.
  8. Collect project payments.
  9. Coordinate with material and resource providers/vendors.
  10. Maintain positive customer and tenant relations.
  11. Support ongoing training and development for team members.

Interior and Exterior Inspections:

  1. Contact customers promptly for both emergency and non-emergency claims.
  2. Schedule customer appointments.
  3. Travel to job sites for inspections.
  4. Provide supporting documentation, including labeled photos, sketches, scope notes, and room diagrams with accurate measurements for estimates.

Customer Service:

  1. Educate customers about the restoration process.
  2. Explain ADRI's methods for repairs.
  3. Collaborate with insurance adjusters for updates.
  4. Ensure all updates are recorded in internal management software.

Job Preparation:

  1. Conduct walkthroughs with customers to confirm accuracy of scope and address any questions.
  2. Schedule jobs based on deadlines and crew availability.

Project Management:

  1. Ensure crew readiness with the correct scope and materials.
  2. Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  3. Continuously manage labor and material costs to stay within budget.
  4. Supervise subcontractors to ensure project completion.
