Key Responsibilities
● Manage project budgets and costs effectively.
● Cultivate and manage relationships with subcontractors for seamless service delivery.
● Recruit skilled subcontractors as needed.
● Supervise in-house trade staff.
● Ensure adherence to quality control and safety standards on-site.
● Coordinate production schedules and timelines.
● Drive operational sales and enhance the company brand.
● Oversee collection of project funds.
● Manage relationships with material and resource vendors.
● Foster positive customer and tenant relations.
● Support continuous training and development initiatives for team members.
Required Skills and Competencies
● Proficiency with computers, mobile devices, and applicable software.
● Familiarity with MS Office Suite, Google Docs, and related tools.
● Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

On-Call Emergency Duties
• Participate in a 24-hour on-call rotation, responding to after-hours emergency losses.
• Ensure timely communication of on-call shift assignments to all field team members.
• Remain responsive during assigned shifts, answering all calls promptly.
Education and Experience Requirements
● High school diploma or equivalent required.
● Minimum of two years of relevant experience necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
• Two or more years’ experience managing restoration projects in the insurance industry preferred.
• IICRC certifications in Water, Fire, and Mold restoration are advantageous.
• Relevant Project Management certifications and/or training are a plus.
