The position is essential for the successful coordination and execution of complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, necessitating prior experience with BART projects.

The Project Manager will oversee project execution from initial planning through procurement, construction, integration, and project closeout. • Oversee project processes and execution plans, ensuring effective collaboration among technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Lead internal and external meetings, workshops, and communications with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with BART and partner agencies.
  • Assist in reviewing project deliverables for consistency, quality, and alignment with program objectives.
  • Monitor consultant and contractor activities and assist in resolving project challenges.
  • Manage team assignments, workflows, and tasks for rail/transit contracts.
