Join our expanding Research, Development & Innovation (RDI) Department as an experienced Project Manager dedicated to spearheading R&D initiatives funded by E. U. programs.
At uni-systems, we pride ourselves on a rich portfolio of E. U. funding proposals and successfully awarded projects across diverse sectors such as smart cities, energy, mobility, industry 4.0, e-government, cultural heritage, and health. Our collaborative efforts engage academic institutions, businesses, startups, and non-profits across Europe, working together to submit joint proposals under various E. U. funding frameworks such as Horizon Europe, Digital Europe, and Creative Europe.
Your Contributions:
Our UniQue team is a blend of talents from various backgrounds, united by a common enthusiasm for technology and innovation. As our Project Manager, you will:
- Oversee and coordinate E. U.-funded R&D projects based in Greece and/or Luxembourg.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and financial aspects.
- Engage with consortium partners and European stakeholders to ensure robust collaboration and communication.
- Draft and evaluate reports, deliverables, and proposals.
- Identify potential risks to maintain project continuity and success.
- Guarantee compliance with funding program requirements, project objectives, and KPIs.
Qualifications for Success:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of applicable professional experience in project management.
- A proven history of managing E. U.-funded R&D projects, with at least one experience as an official Coordinator.
- A degree in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
- Strong communication skills with diverse business stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
Preferred Skills:
- Capability to manage multiple projects and teams while ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
- Experience working in international and cross-functional settings.
- Willingness to integrate AI tools into everyday workflows.
- A mindset geared toward adaptability and continuous improvement.
