This mid-level position reports directly to the local Director of Design Services, while also communicating with the Managing Principal of the office. Your Responsibilities
· Identify client needs and lead a team of skilled engineering design and construction professionals.
· Facilitate client meetings and deliver impactful presentations.
· Develop comprehensive building and planning solutions from inception to completion.
· Conduct site visits and spearhead meetings.
· Manage multiple projects concurrently while ensuring extensive client interaction.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications
Education:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Other Requirements:
· Over 5 years of experience coordinating architectural, structural, civil, and MEP designers in the preparation of drawings and specifications for concrete and steel structures.
· Professional Engineer and/or Structural Engineer licensure is preferred. Architect licensure may also be considered as qualifying experience for this role.
