Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager/Engineer to oversee project management operations, ensuring effective planning, budgeting, monitoring, and execution throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will be crucial in maintaining project scope, cost, and direction.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and plan project scope and objectives.
Develop detailed activity plans, schedules, and sequencing.
Conduct risk analysis and manage project risks and issues.
Monitor project progress and report on scope and budget status, assisting in the development of clean shop release files while confirming scope of supply based on customer specifications.
Ensure completion of all necessary drawings and review customer mark-up prints, collaborating with drafting for final approvals.
Establish and maintain job cost budgets in collaboration with the Sales Department.
Coordinate delivery schedules based on customer needs and Zeeco workloads, ensuring alignment with drafting, purchasing, manufacturing, and quality control.
Engage with the Quality Control Department regarding customer/job specifications and inspection test plan (ITP) requirements.
Manage all technical and commercial correspondence related to the project, ensuring effective communication with customers, end-users, sales representatives, and external consultants.
Oversee change management processes, notifying relevant departments about changes in project scope, supply, or design impacting pricing.
