Key Responsibilities:Plan, manage, and facilitate the rollout of BRINC’s DFR ecosystem. Develop project plans, set milestones, and manage timelines for deploying and scaling BRINC’s DFR and other solutions. Establish and maintain robust relationships with our public safety sector customers to ensure their success and satisfaction. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, provide timely assistance, and address any issues during implementation. Schedule and conduct regular meetings, track performance metrics, and provide feedback to customers and internal stakeholders. Collaborate closely with BRINC teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements based on customer feedback. Travel to customer locations to lead meetings, conduct site surveys, coordinate with Air Traffic Control, manage FAA Waiver processes, and oversee implementation and live rollouts.

BRINC develops technology for public safety agencies, including drones and communication devices that help responders operate in challenging situations. This Project Manager position centers on delivering BRINC’s Drone as a First Responder (DFR) solution. The role is based in Seattle and manages the entire implementation process for customers once a sales agreement is in place. The Project Manager leads clients from onboarding through to the launch of their DFR program.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the full rollout of the DFR solution for new customers
  • Serve as the main contact for clients during onboarding, setup, and program launch
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support successful deployments
  • Travel up to 35% to work directly with customers during all stages of implementation

Requirements

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Experience managing complex projects; public safety background is a plus
  • Willingness to travel regularly (up to 35%) to customer locations
