This Project Manager position centers on delivering BRINC’s Drone as a First Responder (DFR) solution. The role is based in Seattle and manages the entire implementation process for customers once a sales agreement is in place. The Project Manager leads clients from onboarding through to the launch of their DFR program.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full rollout of the DFR solution for new customers
- Serve as the main contact for clients during onboarding, setup, and program launch
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support successful deployments
- Travel up to 35% to work directly with customers during all stages of implementation
Requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
- Experience managing complex projects; public safety background is a plus
- Willingness to travel regularly (up to 35%) to customer locations
