The Opportunity:


We are seeking a dedicated Digital Project Manager to play a critical role in our project delivery and resource management hub in Sydney as we expand our dynamic cloud consulting and engineering business.


This multifaceted role offers a chance to leverage your project management, financial, administrative, and communication skills within a service-oriented and innovative organization.


The Project Manager will play a vital role in directing and overseeing effective resource allocation and workload distribution across Itoc in Brisbane. This is not your typical project management role; you will engage in requirement gathering during the initial phases of projects with both new and existing clients in cloud engineering and data initiatives. Experience a comprehensive end-to-end process!

 


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate closely with the Itoc team and clients to manage project scope, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Coordinate Itoc resources to ensure optimal utilization.
  • Communicate project progress to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Engage with Itoc sales to understand incoming project requests.
  • Provide weekly updates to keep everyone informed and aligned.
  • Ensure that our project management processes are efficient and continuously improving.
  • Contribute to strategic planning efforts to support our growth initiatives.
